Francesca Kaes is an AHRC-funded DPhil candidate in Art History at the University of Oxford, where she researches the intermedial relationship between painting and printmaking in eighteenth-century British art. Previously, Francesca worked at the British Museum, the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC, and Humboldt University Berlin.
